Please note:

  • If you are a current NHCA member and within your renewal period, you may renew your membership at the same time as registering for the conference.
  • If you are not a current member of NHCA and want to receive member pricing for the conference, you may join while registering and receive the member rate.
  • If you do not wish to join the association, choose “MAKE A SELECTION” then click “NEXT” which will take you to the conference registration portion.

CONFERENCE FEES:

Take advantage of the Early Bird rate and save $50 on your full or one-day conference registration fee! You must register by Nov. 30 to receive this special rate (does not apply to the Student rate).

Attention Students! Membership to NHCA is free for students….please join during the registration process and receive member benefits for one year. (Status of membership is available to individuals pursuing a degree in a field related to hearing conservation at least half-time in an accredited educational institution. Student members receive all of the benefits of membership, but cannot vote or hold office.)

NHCA is approved for CEU’s from the following organizations.

AAA: NHCA is approved by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of  1.35 CEUs. Academy approval of this continuing education activity is based on course content only and does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedure, or adherence of the event to the Academy’s Code of Ethics. Any views that are presented are those of the presenter/CE Provider and not necessarily of the American Academy of Audiology.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NHCA via email. Refund requests received by Wednesday January 22 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from January 23 to January 28 will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after January 29 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.

By attending this conference, permission and license is given to publish, reproduce, tape, print, distribute, and/or otherwise use my name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recordings.
