Please note:

  • If you are a current NHCA member and within your renewal period, you may renew your membership at the same time as registering for the conference.
  • If you are not a current member of NHCA and want to receive member pricing for the conference, you may join while registering and receive the member rate.
  • If you do not wish to renew or join the association at this time, you may still register for the conference, but please note that you will be required to pay the non-member conference rate.

Live conference (this includes the Workshops and the live poster session) will be offered for 0.8 AAA CEUs (Intermediate level; Professional area.)
On-demand recorded sessions (including the live sessions that are recorded for on-demand viewing) are offered for 2.1 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level; Professional area.)

Obtaining CE Credit for Nurses:

Certificates of continuing education are available to registrants at no additional fee. In order to receive a certificate of continuing education, you must be registered for the conference and an Online Evaluation must be completed for each session or institute attended. Participants must complete an evaluation of each activity in order to receive documentation of participation. Please note that NHCA is not accredited by individual states or the Department of Education to offer CE credits. Meeting registrants are responsible for verifying whether CE credits offered by APHA can be used toward maintenance of their license or certification.


All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NHCA via email. Cancellations received by Friday, January 14th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received from January 15th to January 31st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after January 31st or for no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event.

Substitutions are encouraged.

By attending this conference, permission and license is given to publish, reproduce, tape, print, distribute, and/or otherwise use my name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recordings.
