This year, we’re introducing an enhanced hybrid workshop format designed to give attendees more flexibility and hands-on learning opportunities.

Some workshops will include a virtual pre-conference session (held about two weeks before the conference) to cover foundational material, followed by an in-person, hands-on component at the conference. Others will be fully virtual or entirely on-site. Session dates are shown below. Some pre-conference sessions will be recorded during the live-online session and available in the NHCA LMS. These must be completed prior to conference.

Workshop Overview:

• Hearing Health “Boothless” Audiometry Workshop: Includes a pre-conference virtual session paired with an in-person, hands-on workshop at the conference.
  • Pre-conference virtual session is scheduled for January 26, 2026 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM ET and on-demand 27 Jan – 4 Feb.
• Practice, Practice, Practice: Optimizing Fitting and Verification of Custom Hearing Protection for Music Professionals: Features a live virtual session before the conference and hands-on practice during the conference.
  • Pre-conference virtual session is scheduled for January 20, 2026 from 9:00 – 12:00 PM ET and on-demand 24 Jan – 4 Feb.
• The Basics Workshop: Offered fully online and available on-demand prior to the conference. Click here to learn more.
• Introduction to Forensics and Expert Witnessing for the Acoustician-Audiologist: Delivered entirely on-site through live, in-person instruction.

Any workshops that have an in-person component will happen on Thursday, February 5th, from 1:00 pm -4:00 pm at the Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth Hotel at the 2026 NHCA 50th Annual Conference.
